Tomás is a Senior Associate at Martínez Quintero Mendoza González Laguado & de la Rosa who advises local and foreign companies on consumer protection, personal data and corporate law and has extensive experience in administrative proceedings concerning alleged infringements of the Colombian antitrust regime. He is a professor in the master’s Program in Law of Markets and Competition at Externado University of Colombia and previously served as an advisor to the head of the Colombian Competition Authority.
