Pablo Márquez is a partner at Veria Asesores and a Colombian legal, public policy and regulation leader who also serves as an Adjunct Judge for Colombia’s Constitutional Court. He formerly chaired Colombia’s Commission for Communications Regulation (CRC) and served as Superintendent for Antitrust at the SIC, advising on competition enforcement, merger control, telecoms and digital regulation; he has been recognized by Legal500 (2025) and included in Global Competition Review’s 40 Under 40 and nominated Dealmaker of the Year (2020).
