Liam Faulkner is a partner in Campbells’ Litigation, Insolvency & Restructuring group in the Cayman Islands, specialising in cross-border insolvency, restructuring and litigation with extensive experience in shareholder and investment fund disputes. He joined Campbells in 2015 after working in the British Virgin Islands and London, maintains practicing certificates for the Cayman Islands and the BVI, and spent two years in Campbells’ Hong Kong office handling disputes arising out of Hong Kong and the PRC.
