Kristy-Anne Leith is a partner in Campbells' Corporate Department advising on a wide range of corporate and fund matters, including cross-border M&A, joint ventures, equity capital markets, investment funds (including cryptocurrency funds), and FinTech transactions such as blockchain projects and DAOs. She advises listed corporates, privately owned businesses, PE firms, asset and investment managers, family offices, start-ups, high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors, and previously practised at Stephenson Harwood (London) and King & Wood Mallesons (Sydney) before joining Campbells in 2019.
