Richard Spencer is a partner in Campbells' Corporate Department in the Cayman Islands, advising on investment funds, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity capital markets and corporate finance. He represents hedge fund managers, private equity firms and service providers on the structuring, formation, regulation and operation of Cayman Islands investment funds across asset classes (including cryptocurrencies/digital assets, real estate and debt) and advises on fund financing and debt listings on the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange; he is a Member Representative on the AIMA Cayman Executive Committee and a Founding Director of the Blockchain Association of the Cayman Islands.
