Renata Cardoso is a partner in the Banking and Finance department at Lefosse Advogados, with extensive experience in banking and capital markets transactional and regulatory matters. She has advised issuers and coordinators on complex debt and securitization offerings and on M&A and regulatory matters involving financial institutions, fintechs and payment institutions, including the US$5.6 billion acquisition of HSBC Brasil by Banco Bradesco, the US$4.4 billion credit card joint venture between Banco do Brasil and Cielo, and the joint venture between UBS and Banco do Brasil.
