Enrique Alfredo Betemps

Mr. Betemps focuses his practice Employment and Social Security Law. He regularly advises clients on labor and social security laws as well as represents clients (companies and individuals) in connection with labor and social security claims and proceedings before local authorities, labor courts, labor unions and/or other competent authorities. Enrique Betemps’ advice also includes the drafting and negotiation of employment agreements. Likewise, he regularly represents client in the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements as well as he deals with unions in their day-to-day relationship and disputes.
