Godofredo Mendes Vianna is Senior Partner and Managing Partner of Kincaid | Mendes Vianna Advogados, a Brazilian law firm established in Rio de Janeiro in 1932, with wide experience in Maritime, Tax & Customs, Corporate, Litigation & Arbitration, Insurance & Reinsurance, Ports & Infrastructure, Energy & Oil & Gas and the Public Sector. He serves as Chairman of the Maritime Port Law Committee of OAB-RJ, is a permanent arbitrator at the FGV/RJ Chamber of Mediation and Arbitration, and is Professor and Coordinator of the Maritime and Port Law postgraduate course at FGV/RJ.
