Chizelle Cargill is a Partner in the Litigation Group at Lennox Paton whose practice focuses on commercial and general litigation, including contracts, banking, insolvency, fraud, personal injury, professional negligence, employment and family law. She has appeared as junior counsel in the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal in The Bahamas and before the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council in the Junkanoo Estates v UBS (Bahamas) matter, contributing to a ruling clarifying concurrent jurisdiction issues between the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal.
