William Baynard Meissner

He holds a BA cum laude from Yale College (1966), a JD from Stanford University Law School (1970) and revalidated his law degree at the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (1981); he was a Fulbright scholar in economics (1966–1967), worked as an associate at Debevoise, Plimpton, Lyons & Gates in New York (1970–1972) and is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association and the New York Bar.
