André Sigelmann is a partner at Pinheiro Guimarães who co-heads the firm's Projects practice and has more than 20 years' experience in the development, implementation and financing of projects as well as in M&A transactions. He has notable experience in the pulp and paper, energy and oil & gas sectors, has advised on major matters including EDF Renewables' Pirapora Solar Complex, Suzano's Maranhão pulp plant, Petrobras' Malhas, PDET and P-53 projects and the São Manoel 600MW hydro plant, and holds an LLM from Columbia Law School; he is admitted in Brazil and New York.
