Partner at Mattos Filho and one of the firm’s founding partners, Roberto Quiroga focuses on tax law, acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and financial and capital markets; he served as managing partner from 2009–2015 and from 2020 until March 2024. He has pioneered the firm’s pro bono work in Brazil for over 20 years and is a professor of Tax Law at the University of São Paulo (USP) and in the Master’s Program at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV).
