Doctoral candidate and holder of a master's and postgraduate degrees in Economic Law Sciences from the University of Coimbra, she is a former judge at the Administrative Tax Court of Appeals (CARF) with extensive experience in tax litigation, tax advisory, strategic litigation management for corporations, and government relations; she also teaches and lectures in postgraduate programs.
