He advises national and foreign clients on structuring energy projects and acquisitions of energy assets and companies, has worked on electricity and hydrocarbon contracting mechanisms (including auctions, direct contracting and self‑generation), and drafts and negotiates infrastructure contracts such as EPC, O&M and BOOMT.
