Francisco focuses his practice in the area of conflict resolution; he represents and advises national and foreign clients in contentious-administrative, civil and arbitration litigation. Francisco has considerable experience as a litigator. He has counseled foreign companies in the resolution of complex disputes in public procurement and civil liability: contractual and non-contractual.
