María Rosa Fabara-Vera, Managing Partner at BUSTAMANTE FABARA. With more than 25 years of experience, she provides ongoing legal advice to national and foreign clients, particularly in matters related to intellectual property, antitrust, regulatory issues, mergers and acquisitions, corporate matters, public procurement, and public-private alliances. Ms. Fabara has extensive experience advising clients in the pharmaceutical, insurance, and prepaid medicine sectors, as well as in construction, infrastructure, project finance, and other industries.
