Counsel at Miranda & Amado since 2013 (joined the firm as an associate in 2010), Marife Martinelli specializes in regulatory counseling for the energy and utilities sectors, including natural gas transportation and distribution, electricity generation/transmission/distribution, hydrocarbons and sanitation services, and advises on tariff procedures, regulatory enforcement and contract interpretation.
