Partner at Miranda & Amado who leads the firm’s dispute resolution team, focusing on litigation and arbitration with broad experience in complex regulatory disputes involving infrastructure and construction projects. He has counseled transnational corporations in more than 100 domestic and international arbitrations (ICC, UNCITRAL, ICSID, CCL, AMCHAM, PUCP) and in over 500 judicial, commercial, civil, contentious-administrative and constitutional proceedings; he is a member of Peru’s ICC Arbitration Committee, a partner at Club Español del Arbitraje, and is on the List of Arbitrators of the Lima Chamber of Commerce.
