Partner at Miranda & Amado since 2014, Pablo Sotomayor focuses on tax consulting and corporate tax planning, advising on M&A, corporate restructuring, financing and cross-border transactions and representing clients in tax audits and litigation before tax authorities, the Tax Court and the judiciary. He holds an LL.M. in International Tax from New York University, teaches tax at Peruvian universities and is a member of the Instituto Peruano de Derecho Tributario (IPDT), the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the tax affairs committee of the Sociedad Nacional de Minería, Petróleo y Energía.
