Principal partner and head of the International Trade practice at Muñiz, Olaya, Meléndez, Castro, Ono & Herrera Abogados in Peru. Former Superintendencia Nacional de Aduanas officer (1992–1997) who drafted foreign trade and customs regulations, advised the Peruvian state on customs legislation and the Single Window for Foreign Trade (VUCE), and is a professor of customs law at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC).
