Partner at Rodrigo who leads the firm's Restructuring and Insolvency and Insurance and Reinsurance practices, specializing in corporate restructuring, insolvency and liquidation, distressed company financing, mergers & acquisitions, insurance and reinsurance (including aerospace), aviation financing, competition law, and consumer protection. He was appointed by the World Bank in 2010 to prepare the Peru chapter of its global report on insolvency and creditors' rights and is the only Peruvian member of the International Insolvency Institute; he teaches Civil Law at Universidad del Pacífico and has worked at INDECOPI.
