Neftalí Garro is a partner at BLP and co‑founder of the firm, leading its Insurance & Reinsurance practice for Central America. With over 25 years of experience, he advises on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and governance, and has extensive expertise in insurance contracts, regulatory matters, transactions, complex claims and related litigation; he has been a professor at the University of Costa Rica’s School of Law since 2007.
