Cinthia de Lamare is a partner in the Restructuring & Insolvency practice at Cescon Barrieu, advising creditors, bondholders and investors on complex cross-border restructurings, liability-management transactions and distressed situations. She has particular experience in creditor coordination, 363-style asset sales, structured financings and aviation-related restructurings, and serves as Vice Chair of the Liquidations Subcommittee of the IBA Insolvency Section and Vice President of the Restructuring and Bankruptcy Committee of the Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (Rio de Janeiro); she is ranked by Legal 500 and was shortlisted for the Legal 500 Brazil Awards 2026 (Restructuring and Insolvency Next Generation Partner of the Year).
