Partner at Cescon Barrieu based in Brazil, Joyce Midori Honda advises across all areas of competition law with extensive experience in merger filings before the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE), investigations of cartels and abuse of dominant position, negotiating leniency agreements and settlements, antitrust litigation, and competition compliance and training programs. She is a member of the Brazilian Institute for Studies on Competition, Consumer Relations and International Trade (IBRAC) and served as President of the Competition and Regulation Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association/São Paulo Section (CECORE‑OAB/SP) for 2022–2024.
