He advises domestic and international clients on acquisitions and divestitures of oil and gas assets, negotiation of upstream and midstream agreements and natural gas commercialization contracts, has experience with ANP bidding rounds and privatizations of refineries and state-owned gas distributors, and is a member of the Oil and Gas Commission of OAB/RJ and of the Association of International Energy Negotiators (AIEN).
