Paloma Lima is a partner advising sponsors, local and global investors and financial institutions on development and financing of infrastructure projects across energy, oil & gas, sanitation, logistics, ports, transportation and public lighting, with a strong focus on cross-border non-recourse transactions, structured and multi-source financing and intercreditor structures. She was senior in-house counsel at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in Washington, D.C. for four years and is a Counselor of Women in Leadership in Latin America (WILL).
