Yaneth Barrera

Yaneth Barrera is an associate and works in the Labor Law Department of the firm since 2014. Ms. Barrera concentrates her practice advising local and multinational companies with their labor matters, including labor disputes, labor conciliations, drafting of internal labor procedures, employee registrations, wage agreements, labor investigations, professional risk, and other related processes before the Social Security office and the Ministry of Employment and Labor Development. She is also involved in the firm's pro bono activities, advising various NGOs on labor and social security issues. Ms. Barrera holds an LL.M. in Labor Law from Universidad Santa Maria La Antigua in Panama. She completed her LL.B. from the School of Law of Universidad de Panama and recently obtained a Certification in Safety and Labor Health from Universidad Sant Maria La Antigua. She is Vice-President of the Labor Law Commission of the National Bar Association of Panama. Ms. Barrera is admitted to practice law in the Republic of Panama. · Morgan & Morgan
