Yosela Escudero

Yosela Escudero is an associate at Morgan & Morgan and serves in the Estate Planning and Corporate Services Department of the firm. Ms. Escudero has particular experience in company formation and management, estate planning, private interest foundations and compliance matters. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Ms. Escudero began her career with renowned local companies where she gained experience in the drafting and administration of contracts, immigration, commercial aviation and international public law. In pro bono matters, she regularly participates as volunteer in the Legal Open Houses organized by the firm in very low-income communities. She is graduated from the Law School of University of Panama. Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
