Partner at Pinheiro Neto Advogados since 2006 (member since 1994), advising domestic and international companies on investigations, compliance and litigation matters — including anti‑bribery, antitrust, money‑laundering and fraud — and leading cross‑border investigations and negotiations with Brazilian authorities. He was a foreign associate at Mayer Brown in New York (1997–1998) and has served on the Council of Appeals of the National Financial System (CRSFN) and on several advisory and management boards, and is Executive Officer of the Integrity Committee of ICC Brasil.
