Fábio Rocha Pinto e Silva is a partner at Pinheiro Neto Advogados (joined 2006) in the Real Estate practice, focusing on corporate and asset acquisitions, leases, rural properties, hospitality, timber, construction and real estate financing (secured finance and capital markets). He served as a Brazilian delegate at the UN Commission on International Trade Law working group on secured transactions, was rapporteur of the Ministry of Economy study group for reform of security rights, assisted in drafting secured-transactions and registry legislation in Brazil, Angola and Mozambique, coordinates the Real Estate Credit and Security Committee of the Brazilian Institute of Real Estate Law, and is UNIDROIT correspondent in Brazil for the 2023–2025 triennium.
