Partner at Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enríquez, S.C., Carlos Mena advises and represents clients in antitrust/competition and regulatory matters across Mexico and Latin America, including cartel and abuse of dominance investigations, merger filings and antitrust compliance programs. He previously worked for over ten years at Mexico’s competition authority (serving as the first head of the Investigative Authority and as Director General for Cartel Investigations), spent time at the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, and joined the firm in July 2017.
