He advises on and litigates a broad range of IP matters — including patents, trademarks, unfair competition, trade dress and misleading advertising — and has particular experience with Mexico’s patent linkage system, clinical data protection and health‑sector regulatory disputes involving COFEPRIS and federal courts.
