César Ochoa is a Partner at EC Rubio in Mexico with more than 30 years' experience advising domestic and foreign companies on foreign investment, international trade, corporate law, real estate, labor law, complex negotiations and mediation. He cofounded a predecessor firm in 1992, served as Managing Partner from 1999 to 2013, and currently heads the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions Department, routinely representing clients in cross-border M&A, maquiladoras, joint ventures, contracts, tax and real estate matters.
