David Kessaram is a senior member of the Bermuda Bar and part of the CHW litigation team with 48 years' experience. He acts as a leading advocate and advisor on commercial, corporate, trust, estate, and insolvency disputes, is a former Managing Partner of CHW and former President of the Bermuda Bar Council, and from time to time sits as an Assistant Supreme Court Judge and is instructed as an arbitrator, mediator and expert on Bermuda law.
