Partner in charge of the Department of Real Estate at SUCRE | ARIAS | REYES, advising major real estate companies on project structuring, registration under the horizontal property regime, and preparation and registration of sale contracts. He is responsible for running the firm's SAR documents system, an in‑house platform for automated preparation of documents including bank contracts, finance leases, trusts, bonds and real estate contracts; he is a member of the Colegio Nacional de Abogados de Panamá, serves on the Board of Directors of FundaCáncer and holds appointments in AmCham Panamá and the Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture of Panamá.
