Partner and leader of Bruchou & Funes de Rioja’s Litigation, International Arbitration & Bankruptcy department, with a long career in commercial justice and extensive experience in complex dispute resolution, including litigation, domestic and international arbitration (ICC, Arbitration Court of the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange) and bankruptcy proceedings.
