Cristián Barros is a partner in the Intellectual Property department at Sargent & Krahn (the firm's IP sister firm); he joined the firm in 2011 and has been a partner since 2021. He advises national and international clients on industrial and intellectual property and life sciences matters, specializing in patent and trademark prosecution, enforcement, portfolio management and regulatory affairs, and is the current President of the Asociación Chilena de la Propiedad Intelectual (ACHIPI).
