Senior Associate at Cariola Díez Pérez-Cotapos since 2022, focusing on technology, cybersecurity and privacy, with particular emphasis on technology contracting, software development/licensing/implementation/maintenance, personal data and information security, e‑commerce, and matters related to new technologies and intellectual and industrial property. Previously a researcher at the Center for Studies in Computer Law (University of Chile) and a lawyer in the Studies Division of the Ministry of the Interior and Public Security of Chile; was part of the team that developed the First National Cybersecurity Policy and Chile’s accession to the Budapest Convention on Cybercrime.
