Partner in the Dispute Resolution group at Claro & Cia., focused on arbitration and international litigation; has acted as counsel and arbitrator in ad hoc and institutional proceedings (ICC, ICDR, ICSID, LCIA, PCA, Lima and Santiago Chambers) and served as an expert on Chilean and comparative law. He chairs the ICC Arbitration Commission in Chile and the Chilean chapter of the Spanish Arbitration Club, lectures on arbitration at Universidad de Chile and Universidad Católica de Chile, and is a member of several international arbitration bodies.
