She is a long‑standing academic—Professor of the Labour Department at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile since 2011 and professor at Universidad del Desarrollo since 2018—and serves as director of the Chilean Labour Law and Social Security Association and a member of AmCham's Digital Talent for the Future Committee.
