Partner at Bomchil and member of the firm’s Corporate / M&A and Restructuring areas, specializing in financial and debt restructuring and having represented domestic and foreign debtors and creditors; he has led M&A teams in industries such as renewable energy, oil & gas, food and retail, worked on complex litigation matters, and has extensive experience in banking finance and securitization. He is a Fulbright Scholar, an officer of the Insolvency Section of the International Bar Association (IBA) and serves as a professor of Corporate and Bankruptcy Law at Argentine universities, and acts as director and syndic in multiple companies including multinational conglomerates.
