Cecilia M. Mairal is a senior partner in Marval O'Farrell Mairal's Banking & Finance department, advising banks, multinational companies and family offices on private and investment banking, cross-border financings, securities transactions and debt restructurings. She also handles sensitive regulatory matters and complex international banking litigation, and serves as client relationship partner for several of the firm's key clients; she is the current Chair of the Capital Markets Forum of the International Bar Association and a past Co-Chair of the IBA’s Securities Law Committee.
