Pablo Viñals Blake has been partner of Marval O'Farrell Mairal since 1997 and works in the Corporate and M&A team, leading the Private Equity, Venture Capital and Agribusiness Groups in Marval. Pablo was involved in the privatization program carried out by the Argentine government during the 1990s and represented domestic and multinational companies, private equity, hedge funds and financial institutions in almost all of the largest M&A, Agribusiness and project financing transactions held in Argentina in the last two decades.
