Francisco Pozo Gowland
He began his professional career in the Judiciary of the City of Buenos Aires, where he served between 2013 and 2018, in Room II of the Chamber of Appeals in Contentious Administrative and Tax Matters as well as in courts No. 5 and No. 20, reaching the position of assistant secretary. In 2018 he joined “Pozo Gowland Abogados”, where he became a partner in 2023. He specializes in administrative law and regulation of public services, works, and infrastructure, and provides legal advice related to the energy sector in electricity, oil, and gas. Francisco is also specialized in arbitration and litigation related to his areas of expertise.
