He started his professional career in the studio Pozo Gowland & Koch -Abogados where he worked between 1994 and 2006, reaching the category of Senior Associate. He is a founding partner of Pozo Gowland Abogados (2006) distinguished in the 2020 Edition of LACCA Approved (Latin America’s leading private practitioners as voted for by the region s leading corporate counsel) in the areas of Energy and Litigation. He is co-responsible for the Litigation and Arbitration Area of the law firm. He is a specialist in dealing with complex commercial and administrative civil litigation matters. In matters of arbitration, he has intervened in ad-hoc and institutional processes, both national and international, in Argentina, Brazil, and Peru, under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce, the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange, the Lima Stock Exchange, Chamber of Commerce of San Pablo, among others. It also has extensive experience in all types of administrative procedures before centralized and decentralized national, provincial, and municipal agencies, and state companies, in matters of public services, oil, gas and electricity, public works, administrative easements (busway, pipeline,hydrocarbons), defense of competition, consumer protection, industrial promotion, national and provincial taxes, and municipal taxes.
