Christian von Bergen is a partner at Prieto Abogados (joined firm in 2008; partner since 2012) and heads the firm's Labor department. He advises major companies in port, facilities management, electricity, hotel, commercial aviation and mining services on human resources, labour litigation and port law, and has advised one of Chile's largest port companies for over 20 years; he is a member of the Chilean Bar Association, the Maritime and Port Chamber of Chile and the Labor Committee of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce.
