Juan Pablo Silva is founding partner of Silva and a lawyer from the Pontifical Catholic University with over 28 years' experience advising on intellectual property and new technologies in Chile. He has led INTA's Committee on Famous and Well‑Known Marks for Latin America and the Caribbean (2009–2011), served as a director of ACHIPI (2009–2016), and was appointed honorary consul of Jamaica in Chile in 2020.
