Christian Carbajal Valenzuela is a Peruvian multilingual attorney and Resident Partner at Wöss & Partners based in Lima and Curitiba, with an LL.M. in International Economic Law from the University of Warwick. He represents foreign investors and exporters in investment and commercial arbitrations (ICSID, ICC, GAFTA), advises on anti-dumping proceedings before INDECOPI and on mining transactions and concessions, has acted as lead counsel in ICSID cases including Tza Yap Shum v.
