Cristián Palacios is Director of the Insolvency and Reorganizations Area at Aninat Abogados with over 20 years of experience focusing on bankruptcy, insolvency and reorganizations. He served as Superintendent of Bankruptcy in 2010, advised the Ministry of Economy on drafting the current bankruptcy law, and has extensive experience teaching insolvency and commercial law in postgraduate programs; he is a member of the Chilean Bar Association and INSOL.
