Partner at TozziniFreire since 2011, Renata focuses on complex internal investigations, reporting to independent committees and boards, negotiating leniency/cooperation agreements with authorities, developing compliance programs, conducting compliance risk assessments, and performing anti-corruption compliance audits in M&A transactions. She was the first Brazilian to obtain the CCEP certification (2008) and was ranked among the world’s top 100 female investigations lawyers in GIR's 2021 Women in Investigations survey.
